Service

Easywash provides a laundry service where you can schedule a pickup, have your clothes washed and delivered back to you. Here's how it works:

• You will provide your mobile number and address within the App.
• You will schedule a pickup time for your laundry.
• A field agent will arrive at your scheduled time to pick up your laundry.
• The agent may verify the quantity of laundry items upon pickup (subject to change).
• EasyWash will wash your clothes and deliver them back to you at your chosen address.
• Please note: Currently, EasyWash only offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.

User Information

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself when creating an account on the App, including your mobile number and address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your One Time Passwords.

Order Scheduling and Pickup

• You are responsible for scheduling your laundry pickup at a convenient time through the App.
• Be sure to be available at your scheduled pickup time. EasyWash may charge a fee for missed pickups.
• You acknowledge that EasyWash cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery of your laundry.

Laundry Items

• EasyWash reserves the right to refuse to accept certain laundry items, such as heavily soiled items, hazardous materials, or items that may damage other laundry.
• You are responsible for checking the EasyWash App for a list of accepted and non-accepted laundry items.
• EasyWash is not liable for any damage to laundry items that are not recommended for cleaning or are improperly labeled.

Payment

• EasyWash currently only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.
• The total cost of your laundry service will be displayed in the App before confirming your order.
• The exact amount of cash must be paid to the delivery agent upon receiving your laundry.

Disclaimer

EasyWash uses reasonable efforts to provide a safe and reliable laundry service. However, we cannot guarantee that your laundry will be completely free of stains, wrinkles, or shrinkage.

Limitation of Liability

EasyWash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or the laundry service.

Termination

EasyWash reserves the right to terminate your access to the App or laundry service for any reason, at any time, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyWash regarding your use of the App and the laundry service.

Updates to Terms

EasyWash may update these Terms from time to time. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
